X-stream is by far one of the best companies, if any kind, that I have ever worked with. Especially the service manager Mark Foley. Mark is very professional and conscientious. He is adept at analyzing complex plumbing issues and solving problems. He is also a really good person who cares about his clients
These guys are all about doing a great job with great communication. I get the sense they are doing the work at our home the same way they'd want it done at their homes. And they really know what they are doing. What more can you ask for?

I called mark to see if he could complete some plumbing for my bathroom renovation and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. They were so patient and ran into a few issues previously there that they handled And made everything right for us. They got everything fixed and cleaned and it looks amazing. I am so glad to have their contact for the future!!
Problem 1: slow leak in an irrigation line was identified and corrected which led to a second discovered issue.... Problem 2: main water line deteriorated, replaced. While on-site, we had a water hydrant moved from the center of the yard to a fence line for ease of use and mowing efficiency. It didn't matter what related items we had questions about, Mark and his team were able to handle it. I recommend X-Treme Drain

Restoring an 1830s farmhouse, we’re careful with the professionals we choose for repairs and maintenance. Mark was efficient, timely, and very informative with his service. After examining our shower pan leak, he unclogged our kitchen sink line and provided an estimate for resolving the underlying issue. Mark at X-Stream Drain & Excavating was professional and clearly knowledgeable about older homes. We’ll certainly be repeat customers.
Very responsive company. Made the appointment on Sunday morning for Monday. Had to replace septic pump and other associated items. Problem solved by Thursday. Mark was great to work with.

I posted the information on Angi. They contacted me quickly and responded. David arrived early the first time. He answered my questions in detail and analyzed possible scenarios. The estimated cost was reasonable. After I accepted the quote, they quickly scheduled a work appointment. Of course, they arrived early again. I really appreciate punctuality. Mark inspected the site and explained the problems they found. He carefully explained the solutions and answered every question I had. The repair quote was also reasonable. The three of them worked very well together, with clear division of labor. They were meticulous in every step. The final result completely exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors. Oh, and Andrew did an excellent job too. Strong muscles, handsome appearance, and hardworking. In short, I highly recommend their team. I believe you won't need to look for any other company after using them.

Mark and his team at X-Stream did an amazing job helping us fix a drain line nearly 7ft below the ground and quoted us nearly half of what the bigger companies in the area were for the same job. They did great and were professional the whole way through!
These guys are friendly and professional! I met Mark and crew out on the job, and he was very helpful explaining everything about the septic field. We ran into a few snags, like lots of rock, along the way, and they handled it with admiral patience. They worked so hard and definitely earned every penny! If you want your stuff done right, you should definitely go with X-Stream.

I have dealt with several other companies in the past, the professionalism of X-Stream well exceeds the other companies in the same field. Their honesty when it came to the estimate and the work that needed to be done was a breath of fresh air. These guys do not cut corners and will do the job correctly, professionally with honesty and integrity. The knowledge they have in this field has definitely come from years of experience and it shows. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

I just wanted to share my experience with X-Stream Drain & Excavating because it was outstanding. I had a main line backing up, which I've had happen several times in the past. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. They explained the process clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. The team at X-Stream was able to restore flow to my main sewer line and showed me how bad the shape of my cast-iron drains was, along with some root intrusion in the line. They were able to do the excavating job the next day and they took excellent care of my yard With having to use the excavator. They took the time to make sure my yard was well protected. Had some drainage problems at my house in Shelbyville, TN. They were out promptly to inspect what was causing it. Mark showed up and was very friendly from the start. our kitchen sink backed up and started flooding the floor. I called them and Mark arrived quickly and got right to work. He figured out the problem fast, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. The price was exactly what they said it would be, no surprises.
