He completely rebuilt the pipes in my kitchen and replaced a large section of the main drainage system in the crawl space beneath the kitchen. He did all of this at night, in 30-degree weather, and never complained once. His attitude was outstanding from start to finish, professional, positive, and focused. Mark worked extremely efficiently and clearly knows his craft. On top of the repairs, he redesigned the main pipework under my house in a way that dramatically improved the drainage. My house was built in 1969 and the system now flows 100% more efficiently than it did before. The quality of the work done by X-Stream Drain is excellent, and everything was done at a very, VERY reasonable price. “Problem 1: slow leak in an irrigation line was identified and corrected which led to a second discovered issue.... Problem 2: main water line deteriorated, replaced. While on-site, we had a water hydrant moved from the center of the yard to a fence line for ease of use and mowing efficiency. The estimated cost was reasonable. After I accepted the quote, they quickly scheduled a work appointment. Of course, they arrived early again. I really appreciate punctuality. Mark inspected the site and explained the problems they found. He carefully explained the solutions and answered every question I had. The repair quote was also reasonable. The three of them worked very well together, with clear division of labor. They were meticulous in every step. The final result completely exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors. Oh, and Andrew did an excellent job too. Strong muscles, handsome appearance, and hardworking. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. They explained the process clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. The team at X-Stream was able to restore flow to my main sewer line and showed me how bad the shape of my cast-iron drains was, along with some root intrusion in the line.
